My mother took me to my first yoga class when I was a child and never experienced anything quite like it. Later in life I decided to become a yoga teacher. Yoga has helped me in life changing experiences in my life and it’s really helped me keep a healthy perspective, happiness and positivity in my life. I received my 500-hour training at YogaWorks. Other than teaching yoga I’m a singer and I love to cook. I love coming up with plant-based recipes, being creative and spicing things up. I love my matcha in the mornings, roller skating, djing, and just flowing with the breeze having fun and keeping a playful heart.
